Customized projects with limited work delivered
Agreement between Plugin and the client
Partial refund amounts will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Clients may cancel services before they commence and may be eligible for a full refund.

Once services have started, cancellations may result in partial or no refunds depending on work completed.
